Couches.com puts care into selecting each of our products. Every effort is made to ensure your merchandise is shipped in perfect condition. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item in its original condition and original packaging within 30 days of receipt, and we will gladly provide a refund or a replacement.
If you change your mind, products can be returned for a refund within 30 days of receipt. The customer is responsible for return shipping and a 10% restocking fee (by charging the fee, we are able to keep our everyday low prices). Items must be unused and repackaged in its original shipping package prior to returning. Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled, but can be returned according to our return policy. Any refusal of delivery will be subject to outbound and return shipping fees.
Products Damaged During Shipping or Defective Products
If you discover a problem after you've accepted delivery, please email us at email@example.com within 3 days of delivery and provide photos of the shipping box and product where damage has occurred. We will be happy to replace any parts that may have been damaged or offer a full replacement. Please save original packaging, as we may require you to return the product to resolve the problem.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Gift cards, clearance items, bundled items, and items that have been assembled cannot be returned.
To Request a Refund
Please note, we are only able to accept returns on undamaged, unmodified products. Returned merchandise will be inspected and the appropriate refunds will be issued.
For all returns, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a request for a refund. We will email you a Return Authorization number and shipping instructions within 1-2 business days. All returns must include a Return Authorization number.
Once our warehouses receive the returned item, return credit will be issued via your original payment method.
